Return Policy

At MensUSA.com, we want your online shopping experience to be smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. That's why we offer one of the most customer-friendly return and exchange policies in the menswear industry.

Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of receiving your item. Please note, this is a strict policy, and any requests made after 60 days will not be accepted.

Returns for Refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund of the item amount. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the courier. There is no restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping costs if you received the correct item.

Returns for Store Credit

Prefer store credit? We will issue store credit for the full item value. Store credit is valid for up to 1 year from the date of issue.

Exchanges

Want to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style? No problem! Exchanges require a $25 exchange processing fee. However, please keep in mind that exchanged items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged again. Make sure to carefully confirm your size, color, and preferences before completing the exchange.

Sale Items

All sale items are eligible for store credit or an exchange only. Additionally, any purchase made using store credit is considered final sale and cannot be combined with another coupon or discount code.

Return Authorization Required (RMA)

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization. Please contact us at info@mensusa.com to request an RMA before shipping your return. Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.

Item Condition

We can only accept items that are:

  • In their original, new condition (tags attached, in original packaging)
  • Free of wear, damage, and odors (e.g., no tears, stains, cigarette smoke, perfume, or body odors)

Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All custom-made suits and shoes are final sale
  • Orders over 8 pieces are considered group/studio orders and are eligible for exchange only

No Sales Tax for Shoppers Outside of California

If you live outside of California, you won't pay sales tax on your purchase from MensUSA.com. Sales tax is only collected for orders shipped to California addresses.
